U.S. Navy Veteran · CISSP

Carlos leads engineering across cybersecurity, IT and AI at Guardianshield Cybersecurity, and across manufacturing at its hardware arm, Guardianshield Systems.

A U.S. Navy veteran with 18 years of experience, Carlos holds dual master's degrees in Cybersecurity and General Business Management. He brings deep expertise in directing Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes, attaining ATOs and deploying Zero Trust architectures for DoD infrastructure. He holds the ISC² CISSP certification.
